Shenzhen Huapin Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is a third-party laboratory with independent legal person status, specializing in the testing of electrical and electronic products. In order to ensure that the operation of the company's testing work complies with CNAS-CL01:2018 "Criteria for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence" (idt ISO/IEC 17025:2017) and relevant laws and regulations, the following statement is hereby made:

1. The company strictly implements relevant national laws, regulations, standards and norms, and adopts strict quality assurance measures for its testing activities, and its testing results are well representative, accurate and comparable.

2. The company is independently engaged in various business activities and is responsible for the test results. Guarantee that the testing work will not be interfered by customers, any administrative departments, personal opinions and any external factors, and provide scientific, rigorous, accurate and fair services to all customers.

3. The company's testing activities strictly abide by the working principles of science, accuracy, fairness and efficiency, and ensure that the test results and test reports are free from any undue pressure and influence from commercial, financial and other aspects. Maintain the authenticity and fairness of test results.

4. The company undertakes the obligation to keep confidential information for customers' technology and test results, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of customers, respect their intellectual property rights, and provide customers with various raw materials, equipment, facilities, design principles, technical conditions and formulas, etc. The information is strictly confidential, and the customer's technology and information will never be used for technology development and technical services.

5. The employees of the company shall not have any interest relationship with the testing activities, data and results, shall not participate in any commercial and technical activities that have a negative impact on the judgment of the testing results and data, shall not participate in and test samples of activities or have competing interests The design, development, production, supply, installation, use and maintenance of products.

6. It is obliged to keep the state secrets, commercial secrets and technical secrets known in the testing activities.

7. All the staff of the company fulfill their duties, wholeheartedly provide high-quality services to our customers, and accept the supervision and inspection of the impartiality of our company by people and units from all walks of life.
